Yes. Onboarding includes moving up to 2 mailboxes (Business Team) or 5 (Enterprise Growth) from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho, or any IMAP-compatible host — mail, contacts and calendars, usually within a few hours. Extra mailboxes migrate at RM 40 each.
To protect our server IP reputation and keep inbox deliverability at 99.9% for every business client, we do not run anonymous free trials. Instead every new account is covered by our 14-Day Deliverability Guarantee: if your outbound mail fails to reach major inbox providers (Gmail, Outlook) and our engineer cannot resolve it, we refund 100% of your annual hosting fee.
Because the work is engineering, not paperwork: your domain's DNS records, SPF, DKIM (2048-bit) and DMARC configured and alignment-tested, mailboxes created, your old mail migrated, and a configuration sheet for Outlook, Apple Mail and your phones with a first-week connectivity check by the engineer. It is one-time — RM 150 for Business Team, RM 250 for Enterprise Growth — and it is exactly what lets us keep support free instead of charging a monthly retainer. It is non-refundable once configuration begins.
Yes. Our email works with any app that supports IMAP — Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Spark, and more. We also have our own webmail and mobile apps if you prefer.
Yes. There is no lock-in contract and nothing auto-charges — your plan simply does not renew unless you tell us to. If you move on, we'll help you export or migrate your data out. We'd rather earn your stay than trap you.
You pay the one-time onboarding fee plus your first year up front (bank transfer, FPX, e-wallet, or card). Before your renewal date we send a reminder — if you want another year, you pay for it and we handle the renewal. Nothing is ever charged automatically, and there is no monthly invoice to keep track of.
Your data is stored on servers in Malaysia. We perform daily backups and use SSL encryption to keep your information safe.
