Business Email Hosting — Your Own Domain, No Per-Seat Bill

Quoting from a gmail.com address makes a Sdn Bhd look part-time, and Google Workspace renewals keep climbing per seat. We host your domain mailboxes on hardened servers with clean sending IPs, IMAP and SMTP included, at one flat yearly price.

  • Your own domain, not gmail.com
  • Clean sending IPs + DKIM
  • IMAP, SMTP, webmail, phones

Two of these usually means you are paying for mailboxes you do not fully control.

  • Staff still quote from gmail.com or a personal Yahoo address because the company domain has no mailboxes.
  • The Workspace renewal arrived 30% higher and nobody can explain which seats caused it.
  • Mail from the company domain keeps landing in spam, and the host replies with a help-article link.
  • Every new hire means another seat, another invoice and a week of waiting for someone to click approve.

What you get

  • Mailboxes on your own domain with IMAP and SMTP, so Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and phones all work.
  • 5 × 30 GB mailboxes (Business Team) or 15 × 80 GB (Enterprise Growth), pooled inside the pack.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured at setup — not left as an optional upgrade you buy later.
  • Hardened mail server with spam filtering and antivirus on clean sending IPs, not ones shared with bulk mailers.
  • Webmail, aliases, forwarding, auto-reply and per-mailbox rules, all set up by us before handover.
  • A one-page handover sheet: mailboxes, ports, DNS records, and what to change if you ever move.

What we need from you: DNS access (we can guide you screen by screen), the mailbox list with display names, and 30 minutes to test on one phone.

Three steps, about a day

  1. Free check, 20 minutes

We read your current DNS and mail records, confirm mailbox count and storage, then send a written quote the same day.

  2. Setup and cutover

We create the mailboxes, publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC, then switch MX at an hour you choose while old mail keeps arriving.

  3. Test, then pay

You log in from one phone and one laptop, send and receive a real message, and the invoice follows acceptance — not before.

Test the mail server before you trust it

sifumail.com runs on the same mail stack we sell. Look up its MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC yourself, then ask for a test mailbox on your domain — we open it before you switch anything.

Business email questions we get every week

Yes, but moving history is the migration service, quoted separately — hosting alone starts with empty mailboxes unless you add it. On its own, hosting changes nothing about your current mail until you switch MX, so you can test the new boxes first.

Add the capacity pack shown on the price card, or ask for a written per-mailbox quote. Nothing upgrades itself and no seat appears on your bill without your written approval.

No. Mail runs on our own hardened mail server, not a reseller panel where the sending IP is shared with thousands of websites. That shared IP is exactly what decides whether your quotation reaches the inbox.

MX changes only redirect new mail. We publish records first, wait for propagation, then switch at a quiet hour; old mail keeps flowing to the old provider until you say stop, and we verify both directions with a real message.
