Payment terms
Who pays what, and when. Nothing is charged automatically, and no deposit is asked for small jobs.
Short jobs — S1, S2, S5
100% before work starts. Nothing is scheduled until the transfer clears.
Mid-size — S3, S4, S6
50% to start, 50% on acceptance — collected before we switch DNS to the new setup.
Advisory — S7, S8, S9
50% to start, 30% when the demo passes your UAT, 20% within seven days of go-live.
Recurring fees
Prepaid for the period. No card on file and no auto-charge — a renewal happens only after you say yes.
Every project is invoiced in ringgit. If a job is cancelled before configuration starts, the deposit is returned in full; after that, work already delivered is billed.

Fair Comparison Note. Even before taxes, moving a 15-person team from Google Workspace Business Starter (RM 5,256/year ex-SST) to SifuMail (RM 580/year) saves 89%. Foreign digital providers must add 8% digital service tax, which brings the real Google bill to RM 5,676.48/year, while SifuMail operates below the RM 500,000 statutory SST registration threshold — no SST is charged and you pay exactly the price shown. Real out-of-pocket saving: 90%.

What a team actually saves
The same headcount priced both ways. Google figures use Google’s ringgit list price with no reseller markup; the SifuMail column includes the mailbox capacity that team size needs.

The 20-person column includes one capacity pack, because the 15-mailbox plan does not seat 20 people.
Pricing questions
Hoelee Enterprise trades below the RM 500,000 statutory SST registration threshold, so no service tax is charged. Prices are Nett: the number on this page is the number on the invoice. The day we cross that threshold this page and every price get rewritten — we would rather say that now than surprise you at renewal.
Recurring fees are annual and prepaid, except S5 which also has a monthly option. There is no card on file, nothing renews itself, and we send a reminder before the renewal date — you decide then.
DNS plus SPF, 2048-bit DKIM and DMARC configured and alignment-tested; mailboxes created; the included mailboxes migrated; and a configuration sheet for Outlook, Apple Mail and phones with a first-week connectivity check. It is charged once and non-refundable after configuration starts.
We do not sell that: first-year revenue under RM 430 does not cover the engineering. For one or two personal mailboxes, a free provider tier or your registrar’s mailbox is the honest answer — come back when there is a team and client mail to protect.
