A new Sdn Bhd needs a site that survives a procurement review and email on its own domain. Buy them separately and you get two invoices and two suppliers blaming each other. We build both together, hand over once, and stay reachable afterwards.
Four situations where buying these two things separately costs more than the money.
What we need: your logo, company profile and service list, access to the domain if one exists, and one person who can approve copy within two days.
Most local packages price the website and leave email to someone else. We bundle the two, and say plainly what stays outside.

We lay out pages from your material, register or take over the domain, and publish DNS for both website and mail in one pass.
Site live on HTTPS, a real enquiry in your inbox, two mailboxes on phones, then a training call and the guide.
Before final payment, we show the site on your domain with a valid certificate, send an enquiry from the live form to an address you choose, and log one mailbox into Gmail and one into Outlook in front of you.
No, by design. A store needs payment gateways, stock, tax logic and fraud handling; a five-page site pretending to be one helps nobody. We quote e-commerce separately, or tell you which platform fits instead of taking the job badly.
Also outside this package. A login means accounts, password resets, roles and data protection duties, which is a different build. We will say it is separate before you sign, not discover it after.
You do. The domain is registered in your company name, DNS records are documented on handover, and the site is plain files you can move to another host — moving is an export, not a renegotiation.
Hosting, certificate renewal, email upkeep for the package mailboxes and small text changes. If you need none of that in a year, tell us and we will quote a smaller renewal rather than pretend maintenance is free.
